THE TECHNOLOGIES WE USE

There exists a wide myriad of programming languages and software in today's world and it is impossible for us to say that we have the knowledge to handle them all.

It is our belief that by focusing and specializing in a select set of programming languages and technologies, we will be able to fully exploit their capabilities and deploy better quality solutions.

We, at PortalPeople.Net, have since our inception, been working on the Microsoft platform and their suite of products and technologies. Microsoft technologies allow for rapid development and deployment of enterprise applications, provide good scalability options, tight integration possibilities, compatability with various third party applications, besides other advantages.

The new .Net Framework and Visual Studio.Net from Microsoft open up another new horizon for us. It offers the opportunity to rapidly build, deploy and run XML Web services and applications, using a productive, standards-based, multi-language environment. Our adoption of .Net technologies is targeted at delivering further possibilities to our clients.

However, we do not, and will never, exclude any other products and technologies from our knowledge domains. The importance of possessing a wide repertoire of skills is something which we can't emphasize more. The development of solutions using other technologies are done after close discussions and analysis with our clients.
