The road to implementing a high quality and successful project is always fraught with potential problems and unforecasted issues.
However, we never cease to remind ourselves about the importance of delivering more than what are clients wanted. In order to minimize the uncertainties in any project, we adopt a systematic, working approach.
We practice the following 10 steps in our organisation.
- Determining the business requirements of the client.
- Understanding the business requirements provided by the client and clarifying any doubts that we have.
- Contributing new ideas and suggestions to the given requirements, where neccessary.
- Evaluating suitable technologies and approaches.
- Developing a masterplan for implementing the project.
- Revise and amend the masterplan, where neccessary, after protracted discussions with the client.
- Implement and execute the project masterplan.
- Testing and reviewing of implemented project.
- Documentation of project implementation.
- Regular updates with client to verify project performance and possible enhancements.
